quiet neighborhood cute shops convenient laundromat dirty walls mold smell wi-fi issues
The location of this place is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood with cute shops. I found it close to supermarkets and the metro. I appreciated the laundromat and restaurant on site. Guests seemed to enjoy just sitting there.
The walls in my room were quite dirty. I attempted to clean off some dirt with a wet tissue, but there was still a lot. I noticed the room had a bad smell, like mold. The Wi-Fi had issues sometimes.

I found some issues . The breakfast was very basic for the 500 yen charge. The bathrooms looked a bit worn. I think this place is more like a hostel than a hotel.

lovely stay in a convenient location
useful lift late cafe convenient luggage
i enjoyed that the hotel stored luggage for the day it was very helpful. i also found the lift to the floor to be useful for carrying my bags. the late night cafe was great for when i arrived late to the hotel it provided refreshments.
the shared restrooms felt unsafe and some locks did not function properly i was concerned about my security

the staff members were friendly and cute creating a positive atmosphere i also appreciated the english speaking staff they were helpful with questions i had about the area or anything i needed.

i found the female only floor for showering to be a great perk it enhanced my comfort . the money exchange machine in the hotel was an unexpected benefit it simplified currency conversion. free breakfast included tomato soup which i liked.

the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet offering peace. it was still convenient to access many attractions. the proximity to yanaka ginza and temples made exploring easy. the nearby train lines provided easy transportation.
